AT&T San Ramon (Formally SBC Communications)

This project was a complete renovation that was 9 phases and lasted over 11 years. Plagued by dozens of leaks before, and there has not been one leak since the application of the Laurenco Waterproofing system.

All coverings were removed down the bare concrete deck.

2 plies of Laurenco waterproofing installed.

All of the completed Laurenco waterproofing withstood 48 hour flood tests.

Planters were filled to the top and had as much as 222 tons of water in them for the full 48 hours.
